Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your package has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates:
We source our products from domestic US partners as well as specialized international manufacturing centers to ensure the best variety and prices. We always prioritize the fastest reliable transit method available for your items.

- US Domestic Shipments: Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days depending on carrier routing and destination.
- Direct Factory / International Fulfillment (China & Overseas facilities): Delivery takes approximately 7 to 21 business days.

Multiple Item Orders:
If you purchase items sourced from different fulfillment locations, they may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers so you get each product as fast as possible.

Tracking Your Shipment:
Every order includes end-to-end tracking. Please allow 48 to 72 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to populate in the carrier system.
